Here’s why I’m keeping my Twinkly lights up year-round

Back in December, we got set up these really cool Twinkly lights to help get us into the holiday spirit! 

We controlled them with Alexa, and they would even “dance” to our favorite playlists.

Fast-forward to March, and they’re still up! (And no, not because we still have holiday decorations up!) 

We loved them so much during the holidays that we decided to keep them up and adjust them for all the different holidays (because there’s always a holiday if you look hard enough!). 

We turned them New Year’s white and gold for most of January, and we just wrapped up our pink and red Valentine’s theme a couple weeks ago. Now we are transitioning to green for St. Patty’s!

The Twinkly app lets you download all kinds of different color schemes and designs, and customize it to your own wishes—you can slow down color changes or change the colors you use for it. 

If you set them up with Alexa, you can have her turn the lights on and off, include them in routines, and even just make simple color changes with your voice.
