Are there any recommendations of how to remove the peephole when the included tool is not effective?

Thanks for the question! I’m not very familiar with Ring products, but I noticed that there are some tutorials on YouTube from Ring that might be helpful, especially this one.
Alternatively, I would recommend contacting Ring directly for support, or asking a handy-person if they could assist.
