Hi,
I just got a new WiFi network set up. One of my Echo devices works, but the other one does not.

What do I need to do to get both Echos working properly?

- Open the Alexa App
. - Select Devices
. - Select Echo & Alexa.
- Select your device.
- Select Change next to Wi-Fi Network and follow the instructions in the app.
If you don’t see your Wi-Fi network, scroll down and select Add a Network (for hidden networks) or Rescan.
Follow those steps and your device should be back online in no time!
