I switched from Direct TV to Xfinity and now Alexa no longer works.

Thanks for your question! In this particular case, it sounds like you got a new home internet setup with a new wireless network and password – is that right?
If so, you will need to join your Echo devices to your new wireless network. To do that, first make sure you have the password to the new network, then follow these steps:

If so, you will need to join your Echo devices to your new wireless network. To do that, first make sure you have the password to the new network, then follow these steps:
- Open the Alexa App
. - Select Devices
. - Select Echo & Alexa.
- Select your device.
- Select Change next to Wi-Fi Network and follow the instructions in the app.
Once you connect your Echo units to your new Wi-Fi network, you should be all set!
