How does one figure out how to use the new iPhone? With COVID-19. I can’t get together with people at the retirement community where I live.
I have purchased a “how to” book but even that is difficult. I just need a little assistance.

Our focus is providing answers to questions around Amazon Alexa and other Echo devices – however, I understand how hard it can be to figure out new technologies.
I would recommend taking a look at YouTube – there are a variety of tutorials there for all kinds of things. Just type in the box what you’re looking to learn, and although you might have to watch a few videos before you get the specific answer you’re looking for, you can find a ton of great information there.
