Thanks for the question! I would suggest contacting Amazon directly for this issue, as it could be a hardware problem.
In the meantime, here are a couple of things to try:

1. Reset the Echo by pulling out the power plug, waiting a few seconds, then plugging it back in.
2. Say the phrase “Alexa, reset the equalizer”. Some people have reported this helps.

If neither of those 2 suggestions help, definitely reach out to Amazon. Hopefully they can get your issue resolved quickly and painlessly!
