Hi,
I use a SONOS Move speaker that has Alexa Built In.
If I say “Enable Song ID”, it responds positively. Yet when I say “Play songs by Leon Redbone”, it just shuffles them and does NOT announce the name of the song. This used to work last summer – now I can’t figure out how to do this anymore.

What music service do you have attached to your Alexa?
At this time, only Amazon Music is supported with Song ID – if you’re using Spotify or Apple Music, for instance, that could potentially be the issue.
If you’re using Amazon Music, I would suggest contacting Amazon support directly and see what troubleshooting steps they recommend.
