Thanks so much for your question! It’s hard to troubleshoot the reason this is happening, but here are a few things to check.
First, try restarting all your Echo devices to see if that helps. Alexa can get a bit stuck sometimes, so this often helps clear up minor issues.
Second, ensure your Echo devices are all set to join your 2.4 Ghz network instead of your 5.0 Ghz network. You may need to factory reset your Echo devices to go through this setup again.
If steps one and two don’t work, I would recommend removing the eero mesh devices and connecting your Echo units directly to your wireless network directly. Does that help? If so, I would suggest contacting eero’s support directly and see what assistance they can provide.
