Went to support on the app and they reset my Echo Show back to factory setting, what a pain that was, and it still not working but now when I ask Alexa to open my channel guide it ask me if I want to open Fire TV or Netflix.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any insight into when Amazon will fix things within their products and services. I would suggest reaching out to their Customer Service again (or returning the Recast if you’re still within your return window!)
