When I tell Alexa to discontinue the alarm, she says there are no alarms set. How do I stop it?
I can think of a couple of ideas around this.
First, do you have multiple Amazon accounts in the same household? If so, a different Amazon account may have been set up on your Echo device, and that’s where the alarm is set. If that’s the case, use the other person’s phone to open the Alexa app, go to “More” at the bottom, then select “Alarms and Timers” to disable any alarms.
If that’s not the case, and no one else in your house has an Amazon account, you may want to open the Alexa app on your own phone, go to “More”, then “Alarms and Timers”, and make sure that you don’t have any alarms enabled there. If you do, you can delete them.
