I was wondering how complex I can make routines. How difficult would it be, to say, for instance:
I want to create a type of list, after I announce what list I want, she will say something like “the first step is ‘whatever'” tell me when you’ve done it..”
Me: I’ve done ‘ ‘
Alexa: GOOD, now step two is ” ” let me know when you’ve done it.”
Me: I’ve done ” ” (or step two)
I have great difficulty staying on track for even the most minute ADLs (activities of daily living.) I’m sure I can create an IF/THEN thing, I know there is an app for that.
Does something already exist? Or will I be doing this myself?

Unfortunately, Alexa currently only supports waiting for a set amount of time until proceeding with the next step.
However, there are some companies working to provide home healthcare solutions that may support what you’re looking to achieve.
One company that comes to mind is Lifepod – I would recommend reaching out to them to see if they have anything that might be a fit for you.
