I want to build a routine which asks for the weather and then queries my local thermometer for the temperature on my back porch. I have a skill and app which does this. I can’t seem to add a second action. Is there a way to do this? Alternatively, is it possible to chain to routines together?

Hi Hank,
I’m not sure I’m following your question – although it’s not possible to have multiple actions on one routine, if you have a skill that gives you the information you want, I think you can make this work.
Here are the steps I’d recommend:

Here are the steps I’d recommend:
- Open the Alexa app
- Go to More, then Routines
- Add a new routine.
- Under the Add Action setting, select the “+” button then choose “Weather”
- Select the “+” button again, then select “Skill” and choose the skill for reporting the temperature on your back porch.
