First, ensure that you do, in fact, have Brief Mode turned on for that device. If so, try disabling Brief Mode, waiting a few minutes, and turning Brief Mode back on again.
Second, try powering off the device for a few minutes by unplugging it, then plugging it back in.
If Brief Mode still isn’t working properly, you can try a hard reset (wiping it to be the way it came from the factory). To do that, follow these steps:
- Press and hold the Microphone off and Volume down buttons.
- Wait until the light ring turns orange (about 20 seconds).
- Then, go through the setup process.
