Unfortunately, I’m not able to assist you with this issue – I think it’s a disconnect somewhere between AT&T and Amazon. I recognize that trying to get technical support for this is very challenging.
Having said that, I read the reviews for the AT&T Digital Life Skill, and I see tons of comments with the exact same issue that you’re describing, so you’re definitely not the only one with this problem.
