Hello! All of a sudden the screen on my relatively new Echo 8 started turning off. While I guess this might be an energy-saving feature, we use it as a clock in that room. Now we have to say \”Go home\” to get the screen to come back on or give another command. Does anybody please know where the setting is to disable the screen turning off? Thanks!

This is a great question, and there is an easy fix
On your Echo Show, swipe down from the top of the screen, go into Settings and then Clock and Photo Display and then scroll to the bottom and toggle off Auto Sleep mode.

Thank you! Interesting that I’m the one that does the settings & I don’t recall enabling that, but I changed it as instructed. Thanks again!
I’m having this problem and I never changed anything. It appears I’m stuck with it and having to ask what time it is to get it to wake up.
