After a brief struggle I got them working, turning lights on and off on the timer function. We went away for a brief trip and when we came home I found out that only the Amazon plug was working on the timer.
I can turn all of the GE Smart Plugs on and off by giving Alexa the request or from the app on my phone.
Can you help me?

Thank you for the message. Based on the information you’ve provided, I’m not sure what the issue is, but since your Amazon plug is working correctly, I would suggest reaching out to GE Support to see what support they can provide.
One idea that I have is to check that all your devices are on the same 2.4 GHz network. Often times routers have 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks, but usually it’s best if all the devices are on the same 2.4 GHz network.
Please let me know what GE Support responds with.
