#2 Help your kids learn about the world with flash briefings and podcasts designed just for them
Ask “Alexa, what’s the news?” for daily educational updates from National Geographic and News-O-Matic. There’s also an array of age-appropriate podcastslike Wow in the World, Story Pirates and But Why. To listen, say “Alexa, play (insert podcast title) podcast.”
Pro Tip: You can also use your Parent Dashboard to share flash briefings like Word of the Day with your children.
#3. Keep close tabs on your kids’ privacy settings and usage with parental controls
Privacy is paramount, especially when it comes to the privacy of your children. Check out the Privacy Hub to review privacy settings and delete Alexa recordings if you wish. Go to your Parent Dashboard to enter time limits, curate skills, block explicit content, review your kids’ activity and more.
Pro Tip: Parents will be happy to learn that none of the Alexa skills included with FreeTime Unlimited access or collect personal information from children.
