Just ask Google Assistant to help teach you!
One of the best things about Google is that it’s the most amazing tool for learning to do literally anything!
Whether you’re trying to fix an obscure device like an old crock-pot you’re dusting off after a few years on the shelf or searching for techniques to improve your short game (hello fellow golfers!), Google Assistant can help.
Here are a few random things I asked Google Assistant this week just to give you a sense of how helpful it is —
- “Hey Google, how should I wash jeans in a Whirlpool washing machine?”
- “Hey Google, if I put down salt, will it ruin my wood deck?” (We’ve been getting a lot of snow in my neck of the woods!)
- “Hey Google, how do I cook pork chop in the oven?” (And then later when it was almost ready — “Hey Google, what’s the internal temperature of cooked pork?”)
- “Hey Google, can you help me improve my short game?” (Can’t play right now, but I can read!)
You’re going to have your own problems to solve and questions to ask. Next time you do, pop open the Google Assistant app (or walk up to your Nest speaker or display!) and say “Hey Google…” and then whatever you need help with!
