Just say, “Hey Google, watch a 5 minute workout”
I have a tendency to spend a lot of time sitting behind the computer. So I’m trying a new thing to get in a quick workout—just taking a 5 or 10 minute break to get moving every hour or two.
Just say, “Hey Google, watch 5-minute workouts.” (Or however long you have for your workout.)
Assistant will show you YouTube videos that meet your goals from top fitness sites like PopSugar and 8Fit. (I even found a 3-minute ab workout that I loved!)
It’s great for when you only have a short amount of time—you can still squeeze in some real exercise!
