Why alarms can be even better than reminders
Alarms are often even easier to set than reminders—and they’ll nag you to get that to-do off of your list, whether it’s getting in an extra workout or taking a medication.
Reminders usually just pop up on the screen or as a notification in the calendar—but alarms will make ring until you tell them to stop, so they make you pay attention!
Say, “Hey Google, set an alarm called exercise every day at noon” to remind you to take a break and get a little workout in!
Your Assistant will ring the alarm until you ask it to stop and display on your screen what the alarm is called (in case you forget why you set one to begin with!).
