Just tell Google Assistant what they’re for!

I love discovering little tweaks and tricks that make Google Assistant more fun or useful. And timers are a perfect example!

If you say, “Hey Google, set a coffee timer for 8 minutes” the timer image on the Google Nest display includes a totally cute coffee pot. You get a fun image of veggies if you say it’s a vegetable timer. These little things always make me 🙂

And the timer takes up the entire screen until it’s complete—which makes it super easy to see how much time is left when you’re across the kitchen. 

Pro Tip: If you have the Nest Hub Max, it’s even easier to dismiss the timers with just a wave of your hand.
