Just say, “Alexa, open 7-Minute Workout”
Summer is a great time to get out and be active — and Alexa can help with short workouts you can do anywhere. At home, in your yard, in the park, on a walk, whatever!
When you’re ready for a quick workout, just follow these steps:
- Say, “Alexa, open 7-Minute Workout.”
- On your first visit, she’ll ask you to customize things like style (low impact, standard or advanced) and music (energetic, chill or none).
- Then she’ll lead you through a series of 12 exercises—anything from high knee steps to planks to push ups.
- The series has 45 different exercises, which will rotate randomly from day to day. If you’d like more variety, you can subscribe to the 7-Minute Squad, which provides access to new workouts targeting different areas of the body, and tracks your fitness progress, for a small fee (80 cents per month).
Pro Tip #1: Alexa moves quickly from exercise to exercise. If you need more time on transition, just say “No” when she asks if you want to move on, and you’ll get an extra 10 seconds. If you need more time, say “No” again.
