It’ll make your bedtime a lot more relaxing
Curling up with your latest binge watch might seem like a great way to unwind, but all that action could be disrupting your sleep.
It’s smarter to shift away from the screens, change the temperature of your smart lights to a warmer white, and set up a bedtime routine that’ll help get a restful night’s sleep.
I’ve been using this new bedtime routine to help me relax and rest, and I’m happy to share 🙂 Here’s what it does:
- Shifts the light hue warmer at 9:00pm (cool white light can be a sleep disrupter)
- Dims the lights to half light
- Turns on relaxing sleepy time music in my bedroom for an hour so I can read and relax
