Lights, camera, action!

Photos are great for sharing, but video is even better!

Now Alexa can record videos with Echo Show and then share them with friends and family.

The recording process is simple. Just look at the camera, say, “Alexa, record video” and she’ll start recording. When you’re done, say “Alexa, stop.” 

The recording will be added to your Amazon Photos account. 

To share it, go to the app, select the video and tap Share. It will allow you to share with a contact, or create a link that you can email or text. 

Pro Tip #1: Video not recording? Make sure you have your camera enabled! I know, this sounds obvious, but those of us who sometimes keep the camera off may need the reminder. The toggle is on the upper right side of the device. Red means it’s closed.
