Just ask Alexa to refill them for you!

Remember waiting on line at the drugstore to pick up a prescription? Or even worse, forgetting to order a refill so when get there, there’s no prescription waiting? Neither is fun—hence the increasing popularity of online pharmacies.

Now, Amazon Pharmacy customers can use Alexa to make things easier. Sign up for an Amazon Pharmacy account and then, when you need a refill, say, “Alexa, refill my prescription” and she’ll send in the order. She’ll keep you apprised of the order status, including tracking delivery so you can keep an eye out. 

Sometimes you want to talk to the pharmacist too. If you have communications enabled on your device, just ask “Alexa, call the Amazon Pharmacy” and she’ll connect you with a customer care rep who can help with details on the drug itself, like side effects as well as your prescription status and account information.

Too bad she can’t go to the doctor for you!
