First I want to thank everyone who helps others on this site. This is going to be about my 3rd time using this forum.
I recently had to switch from my Nokia 3.1A to a Samsung Galaxy Halo. For the Samsung, it will only download from the Galaxy Store, which does not have an update for Alexa. I have tried to look online, but to no avail. Could someone direct me to where I might be able do get the update for my phone to get the updated download?

Thanks for your question!
Instead of using the Samsung Galaxy app store, you should use the Google Play Store instead. Look for the Google app store and search for the Alexa app.
If you don’t have the Google app store, I suggest reaching out to your phone service provider’s customer support number or asking at the store where you purchased it.
