Here’s how light temperature works…
- Cool light has blue undertones, which help energize you in the morning
- Warmer, yellow light is softer (like candlelight) and causes your brain to release melatonin, making it ideal for evening when you want to get your body ready to sleep
With Alexa routines, you can automatically customize the light temp at different times of day to get the desired effect!
