Hi,

Is there an Echo show that will caption video calls?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi Kathleen,
Yes! All Echo Shows will support captioning on video calls.
Here’s how to turn it on.

Say, “Go to settings,” or swipe down from the top of the screen and select Settings.
Select Accessibility.
Select Closed Captioning, Call Captioning, or Alexa Captioning.

Note:

Not all Alexa’s responses support Alexa Captioning.
If Alexa Captioning and Closed Captioning are both enabled, only Closed Captioning appears when watching videos.
