Alexa is super helpful for tracking your water intake
Drinking more water helps you feel so much better, and it’s an easy thing to do.
But it can be hard to keep track and make sure you’re getting at least 8 glasses (especially if you’re wearing a mask for most of the day, which makes it harder to get in your sips).
I recommend trying out The Water Log skill to help you make sure you get 64 ounces. To start it:
- Say “Alexa, open water log skill”
- Set your time zone when prompted
Once you’re set up, you can simply tell Alexa when you’re drinking: “Alexa, tell Water Log to log 8 ounces.”
Not sure how close you are to the goal? Say, “Alexa, ask Water Log how much water I drank today.” She’ll let you know how far you have to go.
