Hi,
We recently added a Show 8. It is by my computer, while wife now has the Show 5 at her computer (about 5 feet apart). When the Show 5 is being asked to play a song, BOTH Echo Shows play the song.
What do we do to have only the queried device play the song?

Hi Joe,
So it’s a bit hard to tell from your question, but I have a feeling that you have multi-room playback set up, where your Echos have been grouped together for playing music in different rooms.

To edit this:
- Open the Alexa App
- Select “Devices” at the bottom
- Scroll down to Speaker Groups, and select
- From there, edit the speaker groups (probably each Echo should be in its own group).
