Can you give me a contact for reporting a host of issues I am having with Alexa’s responses that I never experienced before?
I am becoming increasingly agitated and frustrated with how she responds to certain things.
If you can just tell me who I need to contact either via email or phone, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi,
The best way to get support is by using the Amazon technical help site. This page has a lot of useful information, including what the colored ring lights on the device indicate.
However, if you want to work with a person directly, you can use this link to begin an online chat or receive a phone call from customer service. Once you have a customer service representative in the chat or on the phone, ask for a technical support person to help you resolve your issues.
