When I tell Alexa to play on my everywhere group, sometimes 1 or 2 units do not play. How do I fix that?

In this case, the best thing to do might be to confirm your multi-room group is set up correctly – or delete and re-create it.

- Click “Devices” at the bottom
- Push the “+” (plus) button in the top right corner
- Select “Set Up Multi-Room Music”
- Select all the speakers you want to play in the group, and push “Next”
