3 Tips You Need to Make an Alexa Shopping List Like a Pro
#1. “Alexa, add sunflower seeds to my shopping list”
Adding items to your shopping list by telling Alexa is a huge time-saver. You can also add multiple items with a single Alexa command such as “Alexa, add butter, red pepper and peanut oil to my shopping list.”
#2. Look at your shopping list in the Alexa app when you’re on-the-go
Next time you’re grocery shopping, just open the Alexa app > tap the hamburger icon in the upper left corner > tap “Lists” > tap “Shopping.”
Checking off an item you’ve added to your cart is as easy as tapping the white circle next to it!
#3. You can easily text your Alexa shopping list to someone else too
I use this delightfully useful feature to text my husband our shopping list when he does the grocery shopping. Follow the steps in #2 above to open your Alexa shopping list > tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner > select “Share” > tap “Message” to text it to the person of your choice!
